Wrong size

Start a return from your order history at the store you bought from — most sizes can be exchanged. Keep the packaging until you're sure of the fit.

Something broke

If a closure, seam or zipper fails in normal use, contact the seller from your order page with a photo; Avont replaces faulty items.

Before you send it back

Many fit problems are solved by re-measuring or adjusting the drawstring; check the sizing page first.
